This article can be considered as the extension to my preceding post named ‘Judging the angle of enmity in a birth chart’ dated, November 17, 2019, as circumstances of litigation, arise only when there is enmity between two individuals or groups. Therefore, it is advisable to read as two component parts of one whole.
Litigation is judged through the 6th and 7th houses and their lords. A connection between them signals litigation and when this connection is somehow linked/ connected with the Lagna or its lord, and then this position confirms the litigation: the formula is (6th house/6th house lord+7th house/7th house lord)+ Lagan/Lagna lord). First, we have to check if there is any link between the 6th and 7th houses.
If the first condition is fulfilled then, secondly we have to see whether or not the connection between 6th and 7th houses is linked to the Lagna or Lagna lord. If the first condition is not fulfilled then it is absolutely not necessary to try to find the fulfillment of the second condition; because, in that case, there is no possibility of a lawsuit taking place with the native. The links between the houses and their lords are to be examined applying the Paraashar system. The link may be established through any one or more of the following rules: Phase: 1(above mentioned first rule in expanded form)
1) Exchange of signs between the lords of the 6th and 7th houses.
2) Conjunction between the 6th and 7th house lords.
3) The mutual aspect between the lords of the 6th and 7th houses.
4) The 6th and 7th houses are linked by a third planet.
5) Lords of the 6th and 7th houses are linked by a third planet.
6) Exchange of Nakshatras of the 6th and 7th houses.n
7) Exchange of Nakshatras of the lords of the 6th and 7th houses.
Phase: 2
Anyone of the above stated 7 rules of the phase (1) need to be connected to the Lagna or Lagna Lord following the same rules as mentioned in the phase (1) for confirmation of litigation taking place.
Identification of the person/persons or area of litigation:-
The lawsuit is likely to occur with the person/persons/organization indicated by the house/houses and its/their lord/lords that has/have established a link/links with the 6th or 7th house or both houses and/or their lords. Suppose, 7th house lord having a link with the lord of 8th house means a possibility of occurring a lawsuit with in-laws of the native.
The time span of the litigation:-
Association of any one of the planets, Rahu, Ketu, Saturn, Jupiter, Retrograde Mars lengthen the time span of a suit. Secondly, when Saturn/ Jupiter/ retrograde Mars owning 6th/7th the house occupies a fixed sign (Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius) then the time span of the litigation is also lengthened.
Nature and intensity of the litigation:-
Involvement of Saturn with the litigation causing combination leads the litigant to frustration, hopelessness and to a state of chagrin, Rahu to the state of utter mess and fuss, Ketu to a state of anxiety, concern, apprehension, and angst; Mars to impatience, fury, and indignation.
Victory or defeat/ gain or loss:-
If, the combinations responsible for leading to a lawsuit is connected with the 11th house or its lord then it means the win in the case. The winner will be very easy and gainful when the lord of the 11th house is connected with any of the Trikona houses or their/its lords/lord; connection with a Kendra house or its lord also means the win but employing much effort skillful means in which the litigant may not feel the inner pleasure for the victory.
If the 11th house lord is in the association with a Nakshatra of which lord is in the Kendra or Trikona houses. But when the winning a litigation causing combination is linked with the 11th house or its lord and that 11th house lord is connected with the 8th/12th house or their lords any way, including Nakshatra connection, then this condition denotes to the dismissal of the case.
When the litigation leading combination is connected with 8th/12th house or its lord (Nakshatra connection is also applicable) then this condition means a defeat in the case.
These are the basic rules about how to judge litigation. It goes without saying that examining the Mahadash, Antardasha, Gochar, Astak Barga, Planetary strength and the NavaTara also need to be checked simultaneously. This principle can give a 100% accurate prediction.
